Last year, it seemed like the former stars from Battlestar Galactica kept popping up on Law and Order. This year, I guess it's Lost. The season premiere of SVU featured Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond) from Lost, and now the new Law and Order: Los Angeles had a cameo by Mira Furlan (Rousseau).
Less known is that a lot of the guest stars on Lost were the regulars on HBO's Deadwood.
