Kirk's Chair

I would never think to get Kirk's chair for my living room (independent of living in a small apartment in New York) but it's very popular among Star Trek fans. For some reason I found this article quite funny. I'm also shocked the first place I'm reading about this fad is in the NY Times, which is generally behind on trends and nerdy-type things.
