Hockey

Did anyone notice that hockey hasn't started yet?

Are Canadians allowed to respond?

Or how about EA sports?
NHL 2005 must be flying off the shelves...

Canadians can't respond unless they're not on cheap perscription drugs.

Do you think NHL 2005 sells that well? I would think the lockout would have an adverse effect because the teams aren't set and it's unrealistic.

And when Madden 2005 came out the rosters were accurate (vs opening day rosters)?

No, but they were as accurate as could be. The other problem is contracts. If you wanted to create a dynasty, the contracts are now all messed up. Will this year count towards a player's contract? How does that change free agency? What if they end up playing a half season? I doubt the (only) hockey fan is going to video games to get their fix. I would think the (only) hockey fan is pretty angry right now. I believe his name is Bill and he lives in Edmonton.
