If you have a half-brother, is his wife your half-sister-in-law? Also if your father has a half-brother is that man's son your half-cousin? Same question for step siblings.

I was at the Yankee game today (sadly, they got creamed) and they wouldn't let men with small bags enter, but women with huge purses had no problem. Why can't a guy with a little bag call it a purse? I'm not advocating guys to be carrying purses, but why can't a guy have a purse? It's a guy's purse. What's the problem? (I'm certain that if a big enough guy tried to bring his "purse" into the stadium there would be no problem)
