Washington Expos

Well, I guess they'll actually be the "Washington Senators" but I wonder if when they have retro-jersey day (and you know they will) if they'll wear Expos uniforms.

I read that the Rangers actually own the Senators name, so I don't think the Expos will be able to use it.

This of course raises the question, what will they call themselves instead? The Representatives? The Supreme Court Justices?

Verifying your statement, it looks like the mayor of Washington doesn't want the "Senators" name either.

I like his suggestion of "capital punishment" (although wouldn't it be capitOl punishment in order to be a proper pun?)
